It had an engine installed at the rear capable of producing a 4 hp in a two-cylinder engine, weighing 1,200 kilograms for carrying a load of 1,500 kilograms, and a belt drive with two forward speeds and one reverse. The world's first truck looked like a horse-drawn cart without a drawbar. The driver was seated on the coach box ahead of the front axle, out in the open air.
